For example, let's say you go AFK after dying to go to the bathroom and you randomly get revived and robbed, do you deserve to get 2 hours in demorgan or is that something we all do?
That is pretty much the exact situation I am dealing with right now. I recently posted a thread which had sufficient evidence to prove a rule was not broken purposefully and in which I apologised for the mishap and explained why it wasn't my fault. In the video I made, it showed very clearly that I was not stalling (as I wasn't even there, I was punished under the assumption that I was) and I was not able to roleplay fear rp since I was downstairs after being asked to help with an important family task. The original admin who gave me the demorgan, Alex Pluxury, did nothing wrong as all he could see is what other people were telling him. So, I have no issue with that. However, I am not very happy with Alex Odd's review as I was not purposefully breaking any rules and I had no idea I was going to be revived or robbed, so it would literally be impossible for me to stall or break fear RP. Alex Odd states that "no matter the OOC reason - rules are rules" but I don't agree with this, as if something important in real life is going on it should always take priority. I understand it is wrong, but I got removed from an org I have worked in for months over this and had to sit in a cell for over 2 hours over a minor mistake that was unavoidable.
