Firstly, at 00:01, player 16306 has done non-RP healing. Secondly, although there is martial law in the state but player 39732 should say Marinda rights while taking me to D.O.C but he didn't said even a word. At 08:18, player 39732 uncuffed me without even facing toward my back which would be considered non-RP and he hasn't even searched me before uncuffing me. At 08:26, player 39732 cuffed me again without facing towards my back, even though I had a gun in my hand and I was aiming so he can't cuff me like that. He didn't say "I'm going to cuff you" when he was cuffing me at that time, he said that I'm grabbing you so that's wrong too. At 08:43, player 39732 just took my personal information, even though I didn't deny showing him my passport. Although I took out the gun cuz he didn't search me at that time before asking me for my passport. So that all should be considered non-RP and they should be given warnings. He fined me $50,000 for attempting murder while hostage situation but he didn't even put stars on me and he should do that according to Penal code.
