So i hand the hostage over you can clearly see the hostage wasnt safe but they still shot me.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

The Law Enforcement only open fire as soon as hostage was released. This wont consider as not valuing hostage life.
Furthermore,
The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation)​
