I was near Premium Deluxe Motorshop (PDM) and i heard shooting sound from near the Weapon store. I also saw someone from my organization was there thats why i went there and i saw the id 62319 was shooting me and my friend without any reason.

• ID 62319 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15
• 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN​
