Rossie Blu was born on 17/02/1999 In South Africa,
Rossie Blu from a young age found a interest in the underbelly of the world always looking for the fastest way to get rich quick, it started off in school by running a dice gambling underground where he cheated many people by using waited dice,
In high school, he started selling Weed and other drugs before and after school even to some teachers to make even more money, when business started to take in a lot of money he landed up dropping out and investing his profits back into his organization, his big plan was to move the organization he has built in South Africa to Los Santos he knew it wasn't going to be easy but he went threw with the plan, so he made the move and for the first year he had burnt threw all his savings and landed up in the same position that he started off in all the product he brought threw from South Africa was stopped at the port and got seized so now he was stuck in lost Santos with no contacts and basically no money!
After spending a few weeks in Los Santos he found himself going around the city looking for ways to get back on his feet he thought he would take his last few dollars to the casino but in the end, the casino won he saw the substation across the road with a hiring sign he ran across in hope to get accepted, that he did he spent about 10 min getting trained to do a very simple work of connecting wires but he still wasn't making enough cash so he needed a plan, he spent a few weeks working at the plant to find himself getting tired of the same thing over and over and missed his exciting life of being on the other side of the law, so he decided to make an investment into a car. When at the auto fair he met a man that told him about the street race's that get held and if won you get 15k so without a second thought he bought a cheap car and made his way the on the given hour to find himself racing against a bunch of high-end cars and instantly he realized and this little car had no chance but didn't give up and still gave it a try he landed up coming third due to the other drivers being horrid at driving and won 5k. After the race, he stopped on the highway and landed up having a chat with a few of the people who were dressed in all red they told him about the black market and where to go, the next day he made his way into the ghetto finding the black market in there he found a man in all black selling weed seeds and offered them to him for free but any weed sold that was sold Rossie would make 42% and he took the deal, he went threw to the very north of Palito and planted his seeds and repeated it for the next few weeks and stood outside of ghetto selling as much as he can he was making 30k + with the order he was getting but he had to still split the profits, he had a call from some dude saying someone gave him his number to get some weed so Rossie Blu agreed to sell him a bag of 40 joints that would have been one of the biggest sales he had ever made to all he saw was dollar signs a few hours later the man showed up to buy the 40 joints turned out he wasn't getting his money instead he got placed in cuffs and put into the back of the police officers Salten.
The officer drove into a alley and said to Rossie I am gonna give you a option either give me the weed and 20k or i take you threw to jail. Rossie blu had no choice but to hand over the product and cash he now found himself with out and cash or products and owing the man his 58% cut he went into panic this is when he took a step into a darker path he sold what ever he could and made his way into ghetto killing and stealing any weapons he could but he just turned into a sport he found killing people to be fun but it wasn’t profitable.
So he was making his way threw Vinewood the one day when he found himself meeting with shock in his face when he found his mother he left behind to come here to start his "Work" she had told him that she has been working at EMS and its great fun they spent a few hours talking about it he didn’t want his mother to know what he has been up to so Rossie told her that he would like to join he had been looking for a job and he was always up to learn something new so for a year Rossie Blu spent working his way up the ranks in EMS all the way to deputy but once the goal was reached he was bored and the flame was gone so he spent his hours thinking about the fun days he missed the rush so he left to join LSPD to see he will find that rush and not disappoint his mother by turning to crime he found a rush but it wasn’t the same he then decided he was going to take a break from all the orgs for a while and on the down low he join a gang to get a rush in the night without his mother knowing he had made a master plan on rodding ATM’s he would break them open and hide all his equipment in the trash can around the corner so if any cops rolled up while he was grabbing the cash he would play along and not know what’s going on and get away with it one cop thought he was smart but Rossie was smarter and asked for a lawyer and walked away a clean man the rush was great but money wasn’t as consistent at is was when he was in EMS or PD so later that night he was sitting with his family and his mom said she was thinking about running for governor and instantly Rossie had an idea pop in his head he wanted to use his knowledge of the legal system and past experiences to run DOC he made a plan that he can do better than that cop that busted him a while back and make millions off helping people escape and tamper with anything that can get him into trouble he spent years learning the ins and out on how everyone works and decided this is his best option yet and no one will be any the wiser.
