I would like clarification on the rule that you enforced. parking where i should not have parked "allegedly". I wanted clarification to better educate myself on the laws and rules of the city.
Someone rammed my car repeatedly. he then started being abusive towards me.
You arrive after he talks in a foreign language into his radio, and forcibly move my vehicle. I ask for clarification on this rule, you did not provide but instead it felt like you just spoke down to me, instead of assisted me.
So if you could kindly advise as to the exact rule i broke, i can be mindful not to do this again.
Also Pablo, Mathew was conversing with me via the chat, i did not see that as spam, im feeling like this whole situation is completely unjust and i just want to make it good, and fix it.

PS i had to put "Warning" as punishment although no official warning was given, but it would not let me leave it blank.
