Early Life
Lily was born into a life of hell, her mother Jennifer passed away right after giving birth to her, her father James also passed away after suffering a heart attack once he found out Jennifer had died. Lily was always alone being made of fun of because of her hair color and because she didn't have any parents. Lily spent her early days trying to find ways to make money even as a child. She was alone and living in one of the hardest part of Los Santos, the ghetto, she had to make money doing anything possible, selling drugs, shooting people, even joining a gang for a few years as a turfer.
Later Life:
After 18 years by herself and barely surviving on whatever money should could find, Lily had met someone that didn't care about her hair color or about her not having any parents. Lily's friend took her in, fed her, gave her a bed to sleep in, and even got her a job as a taxi driver. Lily would always be in debt to her new found friend, after working for almost 7 months as a taxi driver Lily's friend, who worked in FIB, had passed away during a pursuit of a vehicle that had been witnessed to kidnap and kill FIB officers. Lily was in a deep depression for about 4 months after that.
Joining FIB
After 4 months of grieving were over Lily decided to turn into a life of Law Enforcement, she wanted to join FIB and make sure no-one forgot about her friends name. She trained for 3 weeks straight, running at the pier, working out at the gym buy the market. After all of her training FIB had an open recruitment. Lily got an interview and passed it with flying colors.
Outcomes
1) With her experience in driving, Lily can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself or passengers.
2) She is biased to her own family members and can reduce their sentence or even take a bribe up to $100,000
3) From her experience in gangs Lily can go 1v2 against anyone in a gunfight
4) Lily can go into ghetto off duty and kill people
5) She can confiscate weapons and keep them to herself to use them on duty/off duty if required to.
