Rejected Warn for GR 6.15 | Kareem Pluxury

Hello, so I got a warning today for "GR 6.15"

I did not shoot in city I shot in ghetto.
heres why, in no where in any rule does it say that the ghetto side of bridge is ghetto and I shot from ghetto at him,
at the time he was on the ghetto line when I shot him his redux is not 100% accurate.
I think this rule should be more spoked on as I shot him on ghetto side of bridge and inside of ghetto
as it shows on ghetto map given by mazhor himself the ghetto is half on the bridge.
In my head this was not a rulebreak and I should be given a chance and the warning removed.

On top of this how come he didn't get a punishment for provoking he literally
was purposely trying to make me shoot at him and its obvious
