i have just entered the city and joined the raid unknowingly and you can clearly see the health of the person whom i was shooting. He didn't die after getting 3 clear shot.
So requesting the pov of the player.

she was wearing a vest, its a visual bug from ur side, you can see the health bar though

ok she can put her POV so we can see that too.

just before my first shot you can clearly see the health of her vest and her health. if that was a bug kindly submit her pov to clear the doubt.

We can clearly see the vest was almost damaged before he shoot her still he hits 3 bullets and she is not dead . Maybe a ping issue or a bug .Anyway pov of Id 178447 clarify this . ( Event rule 1.7 )
