I have a request to unblacklist at least ID 19488, because I just started playing, I would like to apologize and give me at least one chance, I wouldn't create an acc on another IP and social club without asking, I mean realistically, if I change the IP and Social Club, I can automatically have more of 2 acc.
I would like to solve this in a fair way and not to write an Unban appeal here, only to be rejected.
