2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be the leader of bloods cuz i feel the gang could use someone with structure and knowledge in city rules and gang behavior. ive been in many gangs and been in the city a while so i will be able to control and look out for the gangs well being when it comes to doing things efficiently and still by the books following rules. we all know ghetto can be hectic but doesnt mean we need to break the rules.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
i want to work with each individual member and watch them to make sure they follow rules and understand everything perfectly, i see different gang members come up in left eye for warnings and i feel a part of it is new players coming in not knowing what to do and not shown how to be in a gang properly.
i want to make sure the gang follows rules in events, and is respectful to HC including gods of the city. even when things dont go right in there eyes.
every few days i wanna have group meetings to make sure everyone is clear on rules, how to do all events, and where to do "gang" activities and where to behave.
my goal is to make bloods a well seen gang when it comes to following rules but also being ontop when it comes to performing the best but still not being toxic, giving them a bad name, i want a well structured team. not a gang.. a team.
