Rejected Demorgan with no proof or thread

So I got demorgan by this admin so called Itachi God for shooting into HQ but there is no thread in where i can see i did that and i could defend myself.
He teleported to my location because one of the 3 guys that I killed was not accepting the revive to be robbed, after the guy accepts and we start being sniped killing one of our members and the same guy that was stalling starts running in marabunta HQ even though we had 2 guys with guns next to him so I shot him once when he started running and when he turned inside the alley to Marabunta HQ and Shot him again and killed.
I dont have any kind of pov of that because since an admin was there it would be legit and elaborated rp because if he is being robbed even though he goes inside you can shoot him.
So I want to apply to get my demorgan and warning removed.

and if im not mistaken the guy that got killed when we were robbing is called shamzy zeebo
