1. Leader of Bloods.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to be the leader because I have a lot of Experience in gangs (1.5 years) and I have been a deputy in more than 10 terms and I know how to lead a gang in proper way. I have observed others leaders as well how they lead stuff and what mistakes they did, I will make sure that doesn't happen in my terms and ill make the this term the best bloods term with my skills. As I have that dominant personality by which I can influence many people to follow me and lead a gang in a proper way as I have done in the past.
- I will make sure all the people we are recruiting have the proper knowledge and skills required to join the gang as we don't want any rule breakers. I will make sure the HC who are recruiting are taking the interviews seriously and ask them all the questions so that we have a strong skill based gang. Not only will create a good gang but I will also make sure that we outnumber all the other gangs and make it the most active org in the city. I will also make sure that we doing all the events more than the recruitments so that everyone can have fun and be regular. I wont just give the good ranks to all the people as I know how to make them hungry for the rank how to get the maximum output from every gang member.
- As of my skills, knowledge and dedication towards the gang I think I am more than perfect for the leadership role of Bloods and I will make sure that if I get it I will make my term the best and most active gang term that've ever been. As I just don't want the leadership I wanna show the whole city what bloods is capable of, and how I can take criminal roleplay to another level by improving it day by day.

3. Your Advice In Improving Roleplay Level In Organization.
- I will make sure that my gang is taking part in every event and dominating other gangs in all way.
- I will make the negotiations even more realistic so that everyone can enjoy a good quality criminal RP.
- I will make sure that every member of my Gang is following all the rules strictly so that everyone can enjoy RP without any conflicts.
- I will try to solve all the issues in IC rather than going on forums but if needed I will do the other way too.
- I will make sure everyone respects each other in the gang.
4. My Goals for Bloods
- Dominate all the gangs and LEO's
- Increase rate of crime in the city
- Respect every gang member
- Making it a Terrorist Org
- 100% Spray
