While towing, I saw #170162 repeatedly hitting and running over a guy on a scooter and stopped to try and intervene. He just switched targets and went at me next. He's gone at a number of people, going by a lookup of this ID, one report coming in 20 minutes ago. Gotta be a 3-strikes stance on this rp-ruining junk, honestly...
