2. Why do you want to be leader of this spesific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- First i have been in all of the gangs in the city and i joined spesificly of them a couple times so i saw different managements, include successful and fail term. I am impressed from Mia Karma Ballas leadership, she was really good at strategies and etc. At last 2 terms of Ballas i think they are failed. I want to bring back Ballas stronger than ever with good members, friends and especially high commands. I wanna be done successful term and remembered really nice leader. Last memories include for this spesific organization application.
- I have been low ranks and high ranks in different gangs and with different leaderships. I saw too many leader did big and small mistakes and most of term ended with 5 warn. I think saw this warnings reason and i could fix this reason before happen. Then i will provide fun times to my gang members. If we can deal with them of course we will doing good things and spend good time together. As a under deputy of Vagos i think i will done great business.
- I wanna focus the gang activities i know the fam more important them but i can handle that with be more active in the game. Also i will take ideas from gang members they thinking something wrong or we can do better at events or sprays i will take their ideas and discuss with high commands. If i will be leader as soon as i will change the rank systems and fill the discipline lack off fastest as possible.
3. Your Advices For Improving RolePlay level in organization.
- First of course i will really work hard for recruit who knows the rules. Most of the term over reason is getting five warning because their gang members broke the rules.
- At least one special global event between gangs and LEO s actually i had one idea for that. I think their organization leaders should do something about that. ( Not for the removing warning one)
- Bring different punishments for different except big mistakes. Big mistakes results will end with kick or blacklist and i think if i got leadership we will not see that often.
- Using organization money balanced most of the money will going to gang members.
- With trusted and good shooters i think we gonna do at least 90% turf terrorities.
- Bring back forgotten RolePlay concept.
- At most of the sprays everyone will see the "The Ballas Gang" name.
- Dominating our ghetto.
