2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I feel that some gangs do a poor job of fairness so in my gang I will make sure everyone feels they belong along with minimizing people trying to leave the org. I often see that people leave in org do to lack of profit, for this reason during hostage situations I will split money based on your contribution. Say you are the one to capture the hostage you would get a special bonus. Everyone will get ranks and bonus cash based on activity. If you are online for events but don't show up and have no reason you get demoted, that simple, if its constant then you need to find a new org cause that's not how I want the gang to be perceived, I won't people to be scared if the see a Bloods car knowing the will have backup if you try something.
2. I feel I should be Leader of Bloods because I have a lot of experience and knowledge from past gangs I’ve been in. I have learned from pasts leaders and HC about what to do and what to do and I hope to correct their errors. I have many goals for this term I know I can make come true. Such as 100% turfs and #1 turf team. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3. If I was to get Bloods leader I would bring connections of families together to work together as a team to form alliances with each other and bond. I would also work on everyone’s knowledge of events to make sure everyone is ready to go. I would also work on making sure ever who does sprays knows locations and goes towards the end of every hour to maximize profits as well as giving bonuses to the top sprayers. Also getting active HC to open warehouse for events as well as doing FZ every other day. I would make sure we do store robberies often. I would have a special team for doing only clandestine, along with bonuses if you get a parachute.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
If I became leader of Ballas I would be very specific on who invite to the organization not so much on your city level but how much you know about different RP situations. Making sure you know all of the basic information about RP, I would also work on making sure that all rules are followed and if a rule was broken and someone of the gang sees it, to report it to me so I can teach them how the scenario should have gone. I won't invite anyone who doesn't know basic rules, if you didn't know you couldn't shoot in hq, that's ok I will simply inform you that you can't and if I feel you can remember that, I will invite you. Overall I would make sure nobody is breaking rules of RP.-Thank you for your consideration
