the story started when i cl 2 times cuz my internet was bad whenever i open the m to call admin it cuts out, it happened 2 times in the same hour.
i got 2 warnings cuz of that tried to explain my problem but no one wanted to believe me i waited 8 days cuz i thought the 2 warnings will go in the same time but after i couldnot join any org, so i called admin, and adham responded, after explaining he said you must wait 14 days, i got mad and said your servers are shit keeps kicking us for bad ping and punishing us for something we r not responsible for ( meaning the hosting servers not the project) cuz the both warnings was unfair as i tried to come back but they just went away , then i closed the game, after few hours i came back and found out that i am banned, in this time i for got that i said your servers are shit, and made a complaint, and alex showed me that i said your servers are shit, and banned me perm for lying to admin, i tried to explain to him in the forums and the email, he rejected the forums and banned it, and ignored the discord.
now i got my punishment for the server disrespect which not meant to be disrespecting for the project but i got it anyways,
the only thing i am asking is to believe me that i swear i didnot mean to lie i just forgot that i said that, just forgive me i want to play on this project and didnot mean to disprespect or lying to anyone
