Rejected Warn and 180 minutes of demorgan. | Tom Kane

Hello , I'm aware server 2 has some new admins so this is expected but this was a very unfair situation. First I got Demorgan for 180 minutes Then I got taken Because I wasn't given proper chance to defend my case. As you can see in the proof Im got demorgan but im out of it. I was taken out of demorgan by the admin that jailed me. The report was then denied by David Pluxury. Only to be over turned by Tom kane keep in mind David is a senior admin and Tom Kane is only a Admin. So I'm wondering how someone with a lower rank can over turn a ban and give me a warning and demorgan.
