Question-1. Why Do You Want To Be The Leader Of This Organization?
Answer: I want to be the leader of this amazing organization because I think this organization is not the best it is good but not the best and I think I would make it a good organization I have much experience of LSPD I have also been. I should be accepted because I will make the organization to it's best form ever I will handle all the issues.
Question-2. What Will You Provide The Other Organization's And Your Own Organization?
Answer: I will manage all of it no fights between soldiers no misunderstanding's between the organization and regular things like trainings, ammo runs , managing attacks to the base and always respond to globals etc. we wlll always help with no problems. I will keep the departments managed too and will punish those who commit crimes in the organization. I will be try to be as most active as i can.
Question-3. Have You Been Punished For Anything In The City By Admin(s)?
Answer: I only got demorganed for fear rp once but i was new to the game.
Question-4. How Will You React When A Soldier Breaks A Rule?
Answer: I would give 1 warning before I fire them if this continues to happen within employees i will start blacklisting people.
Question-5. How Would You Maintain Relations With Other Organization's?
Answer: I would make a public relations team where we would manage the city and make a good name for us. There will also be a speaker of house like the one in goverment that will speak for me and organize ammo runs.
Other stuff:
I will also make military police more organized so we can do everyday regular checks on employees to ensure no one is stealing from armory.
I will organize global events so everyone can have fun and so can i. This journey that I want to take is gonna be like a family to me I am gonna put in effort like this is my OOC job.
