Dear Grand Team,
While I thank you for welcoming into your city.
I would like to file a complaint on my jail time. Basically admin Tony Royal jailed me for 180minutes, this will make me get fed up of this server and not be part of this city any longer.
On the otherhand I just seen the video of shooting and I found out that my little brother was playing on my account without my permission while he broke a rule of shooting from HQ which I admit it happend because when I showed the video to my younger brother he just said yes that was me.
I believe that I should be excused for this and I will make sure to delete any saved passwords so that no one from my family members will have access for my grand account.
I'll await yours and I hope you will come up with a nice feedback as I expect from a professional team.
