I was banned for bug abusing for 7 days. Me and another person were flipping our friend's car in a completely non roleplay scenario. It was not disturbing anyone. The person that complained I have never spoken to and if it disturbed him, he could have told us to stop, and we would have. It was solely just for fun and to joke around with our friend. I have seen countless people do this same thing to their friends and not be penalized for it... I honestly thought it was allowed and just a fun thing to do in the city until now. I have also heard gods say that it is fine to do as long as it doesn't give any sort of benefit in a roleplay situation which this situation was completely non roleplay and didn't serve any other benefit other than just to joke around.

That car is belong to me and it didn't bother me. They are my friends and they just tried to flip my car over for fun I'm totally fine with it. I believe that bug doesn't harmful for server also there wasn't any RP situation to take advantage from flipping my car over.
