2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1.) I feel that gangs are the best groups of orgs there are in grand RP unlike other orgs where there are boundaries to what you can and cannot do with gangs there are no boundaries it's truly the best form of RP building connection and new friendships
2.) Rolling as a team and not as 1 I wanna unite everybody as a team building the best form of roleplay following the rules (of course) this means 50+ plus people at Store robberies and all events and overall just making a giant supporting community as the base to this wonderful organization, therefore, improving the RP aspect of things
3.) My goal as the leader of the blood is to take the roleplay experience to the next level by communicating with the members educating them and making sure they follow all server rules and much more this means more advanced quizzes when they join and random checks of knowledge in previous leaders they lacked in this particular field and I aim for this not to happen
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.) Strive for 100% Turf Rate
2.) A Absolute Minimum of 10 years in the city (this ensures they know the basics)
3.) Giving Bonuses and Kind Words to keep members motivated and make them strive to do better
4.) Picking good active members to build an active community and strive for the most active gang
5.) Holding Arena Events to Test the aim of the members
6.) Attending All Events with 40-50 + members in every event I believe there is strength in numbers
7.) Having a Good Rank system 3-12 skipping 1-2 to give the effect they are needed and important to the gang
