I have been in Ballas so many times throughout my time in this city and it has always been my favourite gang It would be a great experience to lead them
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
*because I want to make this gang the biggest and most ruthless gang in the city and make all the other gangs look weak compared to ballas
*I have had a lot to do with the gang in the past and I have achieved a high rank in it multiple times before and I have always wanted to lead Ballas
*I have always wanted to be a gang leader but I have only ever been a higher up and I am an excellent leader
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I think it is terrible how some gangs don't even last a full term because there are quite a few rule breakers that ruin it for everyone, I will be quite strict with my recruitment and I will only let people in with perfect knowledge of the server rules and the ghetto rules, if anyone of my members breaks a rule I will make an example of them to the other members by firing them on the spot and blacklisting them for 30 days, to let them know that i do not condone that sort of behaviour and it has no place in my gang I am setting the standards high and I won’t tolerate anyone who trys to ruin the experience for everyone else
