2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
My reasons to be the National Guard leader are:
• I've a certain loyalty towards the National Guard, So I have the determination to make it better like their are so many missing things
One of them are: People leaving NG when they're selected in FIB, and come back to NG when FIB is disbanded, this shows a quality of selfishness, this might be normal to alot of guys but not a good thing for NG
• I've been in NG since 5 months and love being a part of NG, I've been Deputy of RR, Head of MP and Deputy of USM, I loved leading these department s, it was a fun + responsible experience,
• I believe that I have the qualities, trusted friends and organization mates to help lead the org, some people criticize me but that's the best thing for me as I learn something new everyday people who criticize me have made me reach where I'm today more than anyone else
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I have 4 advices to improve RP:
• Better communication and trainings,
We need trainers who are active and are good at communication skills to train the recruits,
I've a plan of making 2 sub-division of the Recruitment regiment
That are the: Promotion Team & Training Team
Promotion Team will arrange a ceremony every week to give the soldiers their deserved promotion, This ceremony will have always have a colonel+ to lead.
they also have to look after demotion if a unit is not deserving his/her rank
Training Team will train all the recruits and recruit new ones
We will have a checklist of training and recruitment, we will need mass recruitment 3 times a week and training all the recruits by the end of the day,
Hardworking trainers will be the first in line for a promotion
• Recruiting units of all time zones as during morning and night we have less than enough units & during afternoon we have more than enough units,
If we need people for ammoruns in morning we need people who are active in that time
If we need people for subs at night we also need people who are comfortable in that time
• Regular Checks & Log Checkers
Regular Checks will happen every day at random time to prevent stealing, if a unit doesn't respond between 5 minutes of the announcement he will get a strike
Log Checkers will check logs thrice a day to ensure the proper usage of org items
• Last is a new department that my friend came up with, D. O. D.( Department Of Defense) , It's department that's always inside the base to defend the base in raids, like a inverted SASD, it trains the people to be a efficient shooter in raids, and is a defending department
