Good Afternoon Lebron & Mazhor,
I would like to discuss some aspects of the current situation with crime organizations on EN2. Yesterday, my gang was disbanded mid-RP situation (Gun Store robbery) without any further notice and I had to message my curator (Tony Royal) for the reason. At that point, I had 3 out of 5 warnings and received 2 warnings instantly.
1 warning was for the fact that I attended a FIB raid and I shoot by mistake from outside the circle which I acknowledge the mistake and I was ok to receive a warning for that. Meaning that I should have 4 out of 5 warnings. Yesterday, some of my gang members hosted a hostage situation on a pier in Paleto Bay and Aki decided to punish them and the gang for UB which from my personal point of view it's a false punishment. There are plenty of Youtube videos from streamers and media creators which are hosting hostage situations and they did the exact same thing. There is no rule which says that we are not allowed to jump into the water while a hostage situation on PIER is happening.
Every day on EN2 and EN1 there are HS hosted at the pier and the criminals always proceed and jump in the water when the negotiations are done. I've never seen them punished for this and I don't consider this should be punished anyway because it's RP.
As you can see from this video, once the negotiations are done, the criminals jumped into the water -
Why I had to be punished for this? How is this UB? Our intention is to do extend the RP situation in this city/project but in the end, we are getting punished for doing roleplay.
My term was going very well and on top of that, Vagos was disbanded yesterday as well.
Moreover, I consider that my involvement in this project to increase the RP experience for all the organizations was a fair try as I spent some time working on this application which, unfortunately, was not even taken into consideration when all the legal and all the criminal organizations were available.
On short, EN2 is struggling with crime organizations for a very long time and there is 0 activity because we get wrong punishments or the crime administration does not have the proper training to keep the gangs alive.
The incident that happened yesterday attacked the media as well. We had in Marabunta a streamer family which had 81 people live on a Twitch live stream! Everyone was ready to watch a big shootout between Marabunta and the legal organizations and all of sudden, we got disbanded.
I am from Romania and after I saw how well this term was going for me, I was really considering leaving my job and becoming a media partner for GrandRP to bring a Romanian audience for this project but taking in consideration what happened yesterday, it makes me reconsider my actions.
All I'm asking is if this can be reviewed and as a positive outcome, I would ask (if possible) to not have the leader rule 1.1 punishment attached to my ID because I will definitely apply in the future for a new term.
