Early Life:
Mujtaba was born in India. He used to live in India with his parents till he aged 6 years old, He completed his elementary education in India but then his parents decided to move to USA due to some family conflicts. They settled down in Los Santos where Mujtaba got his secondary and higher secondary education. Mujtaba made many friends when he was at higher secondary. Mujtaba's father lost his job and unfortunately the family had to go through financial crises as they were not stable enough to pay the fees of Mujtaba's educational institution therefore Mujtaba dropped out. Mujtaba felt that what is happening with him where is his life taking him as he could not even afford his rents, after being left alone with almost nothing he decided to Join the Los Santos Police Department..
Current Life:
After 15 years of hardwork and dedication towards the department Mujtaba has finally earned himself a name in the city and now he is serving as a Major of Detectives in Los Santos Police Department.
OUTCOMES:
1. Mujtaba is able to take and use LSPD weapons off duty but never stores them in his
Warehouse and/or vehicles.
2. Mujtaba knows the importance of proof because of his time in government so he always
has a hidden camera recording.
3. Mujtaba is able to take items from criminals for himself instead of confiscating them.
4. Mujtaba is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive LSPD/USSS training.
5. Mujtaba is able to take bribes up to 100.000$
6. Mujtaba is able to search suspects for bodycam and smash them to stop them from
recording (using /try)
7. Mujtaba has radio on him 24/7 to listen to LSPD while not on duty. (to gather information)
8. Mujtaba has access to black market for guns etc.
9. Mujtaba can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (on duty because he is HC, off duty
because he is corrupt)
10. Mujtaba is always connected to the LSPD cloud via his PDA.
