What exactly is being reported, you were cuffed and uncuffed SECONDS later. Not to mention the player went out of his way to make sure that you knew that it was an accident by informing you in OOC that it was due to him pressing his shadow play bind.

This didnt affect the rp outcome in anyway, which makes me think this is nothing more than a petty report due to an IC loss.

i accidently cuffed you cause i was opening shadowplay and z is to cuff people, dont have pov since i saved shadowplay 30 seconds before this happened even told u in ooc that it was a mistake
