2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
A) Ballas recent terms haven’t been the greatest. But, I’m here to change that, it’s time Ballas gets back to the top and I want to be the person who gets it back up there. I know I have what it takes to lead Ballas. Why? Well ever since I joined the city around 8 months + Ago, the first gang that I ever joined was actually Ballas. At the time, Ballas and Bloods were the top Gang in the city. I quickly learnt a lot about gangs, like Spraying, Ghetto Clapping, Turfing, robbing and even Stealing Cars. I learnt that it’s not just about robbing though, it’s about making sure you create that teamwork with your gang so you can make those robberies successfully, it’s not just about spraying Graffiti on a wall either. It’s about wanting to show your the most powerful gang with the most Territory in the city and showing you have the best shooters in the city in your very gang by getting 100% Turf Rate, which is what I plan on doing. Once I started learning all of this after days on end of grinding the rules and learning what it takes to lead, I finally started Climbing the ranks. Until I finally became a High Command in every single gang I joined, like Vagos, Bloods and Ballas. Just like I’m High Command In Vagos as we speak. I even became a Deputy in Certain Gangs such as Families and Marabunta. I learnt how to lead, and I’m good at it. I’m a leader and I strive to be the best and everything I do. That’s exactly what I’ll do when I become the leader of Ballas. Under my Contorl, Ballas will be back on top.
B) I have the Turfers, I have the High Commands, I have the Deputies and I even have the sprayers and most importantly I have the skills to lead this gang. I am ready, I will make this gang the best gang in the city. I have learnt so much under the leadership of a lot of great leaders and not so great leaders in the city. I have been through good and bad terms in gangs, and I’ve learnt so much about leading that I promise you. Everyone that’s in my gang won’t just be a member, I will turn them into Future Leaders, and teach them how to become the best leaders they possibly can be. Everyone in my gang will be know every rule I ask. They will RP with the proper skills at every situation we do, and most importantly. They will have fun while doing it. I will make sure that all my Deputies and High Commands are respected, and make sure everyone gives them the opportunity to show their skills as Higher Ups. So they can make sure every rule is being followed correctly.
C) I have the knowledge about every single aspect of a Gang, I have the experience about every single Situation in a Gang, I have the perfect set of plans to make sure we get 100% Graffiti at least 5 times everyday and 100% Turf rate throughout my term. I know how to lead, I have done it many times before and I’m good at it. I just want this chance so I can finally bring Ballas Back to the top. Everyone who knows me in city, will know that I love to lead people, I love to make everything I’m part of succeed and that’s exactly what I play on doing with Ballas. Make it succeed, and be the best gang in the city. I will make every single event flooded with Ballas members. We will win every event we can and we will attend every event we can. I know how to negotiate, I know how to lead, I know how to plan, I know how to not get my members Jailed. But most importantly I know how to lead.
1. I will Push for 100% Turf Rate.
2. I will make sure Ballas get 100% Graffiti Rate at least 5 Time Per Day.
3. Ballas will be doing at least 1 24/7 and 1 Gunstore Robbery Per Day.
4. I will give Bonuses out every event, this will lead to people being more motivated to attend the events. Which will then make the Events more filled with people, leading to better/more fun RP.
5. Everyone that joins will be asked a list of Minimum 7 Questions, if you do not know every single rule. You will not be allowed to join the gang, I think rule Breaking just ruins roleplay. I think if my entire gang knows every rule that’s what will make us succeed.
6. I will push for at least 80-100 people actively on per day, this leads to more Ghetto Fights, More Spraying, More Events attended and it will help make sure the events are constantly active.
7. I will have very good Higher Ups, so they can make sure every rule is being followed, and that every event is being done.
8. We will attend every Sub, FZ and Battleship.
9. We will Ghetto Clap every time we can, with the proper RP. So we can show who rules the Ghetto.
10. My RP situations will be Creative and unique, I will have a plan for every event and I will make sure to come up with Fun, exciting situations
