Had a ticket put in due to not being able to log on. At 1:20 at night someone JETIX responded and closed the ticket by 9am due to me not responding. I sent a follow up message stating I sleep at night and work during the day and gave more info in regards to my ticket.
But the ticket is closed and that person has not responded now for a few days. Silly way to admin a ticket.
