I have been in many different organisation including legal orgs meaning I have a very thorough understanding of rules like ghetto, event and some leader rules, I have also been in many gangs and know how to order and help around my fellow gang members
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
*Because I think I would be able to bring Ballas back to the top and help it flurish and grow to the best gang it can be
*I have had some experience giving orders and leading small groups in the past of my gang carrier so I believe I would be a great leader of Ballas
*I have always wanted to help as a gang leader and get my members and Ballas back on top of the city
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I think I can bring great RP back to the gang side of grand, I will also not be as easy going as some of the more recent gang leaders and if I sense that someone is unfit for gang life or are breaking city rules they will be removed ASAP to keep the flow of RP good for gangs. I am also exited to be able to find members with that extra level of RP that can make grand lots more fun and interesting for not only my gang members but for the civs and even the feds
