Hi,
I was just made aware of an accepted report against me for VDM. I would of commented on the report but I was unaware of it at the time.
I watched the video in the report and wanted to appeal the decision on the grounds it was an accident. In the report it can be seen that me and a few friends were having a verbal disagreement with another group. We got in our car and i drove around the back and hit a helicopter. I am sorry that the reporting party was injured/killed because of the ram but i did not see the helicopter on my screen until I had hit it.
In the video you can hear me apologise as I hit the helicopter and proceed to reverse.
