2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I feel I have the potential to do great things in Ballas, I have been HC in many gangs at this point and I’ve been deputy once. With my prior experience I believe I will be able to bring Ballas to the very top where they belong. I know I can choose a good set of HC to make sure we go on with 0 rule breaks and hopefully go for a 2nd term. On top of this I will strive to have 100% on turfs and top turfers.
2. Ballas were the first gang I was ever in and recently I noticed they have been looking a for a leader and they haven’t found one yet. Using my experience to bring them to the top but also teaching new players how gangs work just how I was when Elrrussi was leader. I learned a lot in Ballas as it was my first gang so I would like to bring my OG gang back and stronger than ever.
3. If I get Ballas leader we will dominate in events and we will dominate the ghetto with no issues. I will work on making sure that we bring the best to Ballas as past leaders have. Ballas have always been the one of the fastest growing gangs and I feel prior experience will need my through it. I know me and my HC will do great things for Ballas and bring them back stronger than ever.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Being Leader would allow me to give new players a chance to have fun. Recruitment for me won’t be about city age but about what you know. I will also lead those who are unsure about the rules in the right direction. I will also make sure we have 0 issues with my members rule breaks. I will be stricken but not harsh at the same time. I will make sure we do FZ often and store robberies everyday and keeping my gang active in events as well as gang activities in general. Working with my gang constantly to keep everyone as active as possible.
