he was my 10-15, NG took him out of the car and he got merci killed, the violated the NLR, came back after 5 minutes of his death and starts carramming and driving over agents and civilians over and over
Also 10 min in the vid, you will see me shooting directly in the front window and trying to shoot side windows, they all go tru but dont hit anything, is that a thing???
And yes my internet was good cuz i actually hit him multiple times when he was outside the car

• ID 38518 will receive a punishment for GR 6.13​
• ID 48850 will receive a punishment for GR 6.7 and VDM​

6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
6.7 If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes. ​
