2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans: A) I have great experience in Gangs as the first org i ever join was gang. i am having huge turfers groups which will help me to hit %100. I want to make Ballas the most dangerous gang of this city and of his history i had observed that Ballas was not so active in some pervious term and he lost his fear from the peoples heart i will bring back that fear.
B) I want to make Ballas members to attend every event with huge numbers and win every event in which they take part for all this stuff i am having huge plans.i will give deputies rank to those who have good experience in gang before .Every guy who will become part of my gang i will make sure that he Knows all rules.
C) I will sure that every person who will become part of my gang gets equal respect and rights like others. i want to make ballas as Family not as an org. i will give bonus to those who will attend events. Everyone will get a chance to prove themselves.we will Focus on the Ghetto Activities alot so our gang can become on top.
3.Your advices for improving RP level in organization.
Ans: People who will join gangs must know how to give demands and how to rob peoples. They should make proper RP before doing anything, They must pull up to events to make their gang on top.They should Follow the orders given by the leader and they should not break any rules, the rule breakers should not be taken in any org.
