2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
A) Ballas has had it's good and it's bad leaders during the past year, but it's time for a change. It's time for Ballas to get back on Top, and I'm going to be the one that gets it back up there. I know I have what it takes to lead Ballas success. Ballas was the first gang I ever joined around 8 Months ago, it was some of the most fun I ever had in the city. Learning how to spray, turf, ghetto clap and learning how to create the best teamwork so we could thrive at our events. It took me days upon days to learn how to finally get all of these skills perfect. But eventually, I got it. This lead to me learning how to lead events, learning how to lead ghetto claps and learning how to make the gangs teamwork the best it possibly can be. I learnt all the skills on how to get the most Sprays possibly done everyday, how to get 100% turf rates and how to make sure Ballas rules the Ghetto and every event we possibly can. I have got the perfect set of High Commands, Deputies, Turfers and Sprayers to make sure we push to be the most successful gang in the city. With my control, Ballas will be back on top.
B) A Leader needs to know rules, but a leader also needs to know every single aspect about a gang. I have spent time being a High Command in Multiple Gangs like Vagos, Ballas, Bloods and even being a Deputy in Families and Marabunta learning how to thrive at everything we do. I know how to Negotiate, I know how to not get my members jailed, I know how to get 100% turf rate which I plan on getting with Ballas. I know how to succeed with every aspect of a gang. I have learnt so much under the hands of great leaders. I will follow this, and help teach my members how to become leaders, and teach them how to improve there leadership and make them Leaders too. I love to make everything I'm part of succeed, I will make Ballas succeed and so will all my High Commands, Deputies, Turfers, Sprayers and Members in general. Ballas will be known as the best gang in the city.
C) My recruitment will be very strict, everyone in my gang will know every single rule asked. No one will be breaking rules under me and my High Commands watch, we will make sure every event is attended and we will keep an eye on our new recruits to see if they are attending events, following rules and listing to High commands to see if they deserve a rank up. I will make sure all the High Commands in my gang are respected and listened to. I will be aiming for 80-100+ people online actively at a time, so we can make sure all our events are attended properly. So we can have the right amount of numbers to thrive at everything we do. We will rule the Ghetto, we will rule FZ, and we will rule every single event that we do. We will attend every single event possible and we will win every event we can. Ballas will be back on top, and me and my Members will make sure of that.
1. Ballas will be having a strict recruiting System, I will post a list of questions on the discord for High Commands to ask from. This list will have the basic Ghetto rules. If you get any of these wrong, you will be declined/rejected to join the gang.
2. We will be pushing for 100% turf rate with the right turfers and the right turf leaders
3. We will not be letting any Toxicity enter the gang, this will make it less fun for certain players
4. We will be making sure we get the max possible numbers at every event. We want to aim for at least 80-100 players actively on per day.
5. I will have the best of the best High command, leading my members. Making sure events are attended and rules are followed.
6. Bonuses will be given at every single event, this will lead to motivating people to attend events more.
7. We will do at least 1, 24/7 and Gunstore robbery every single day.
8. I will be making at many RP situations as possible, as well as add some unique RP situations.
9. We will be Ghetto Clapping everyday to show we rule the Ghetto.
10. We will be aiming for 100% Graffiti at least 3-5 times a day.
