Rejected Ban because of Account trading

Hello, i was banned at the 22.02.22 because of account sharing but it was a mistake. My Friend saw me loggin in rage multiplayer and copied my account so it was not my fault. I hope you understand it, i also forgot my in game ID but i hope there is a way we can fix that. thank you
