Hi. I'm writing because I got a 60-day ban, which I may have deserved, but I'd like you to lift it because I can explain it. general rule 1.8 is the reason I got banned. My explanation: I played a lot, at least 8 hours a day. my younger brother saw how much I suffered, so he wanted to be kind and help. that's all that happened. I hope you solve it and it won't happen again. Thank you!
