Hello dear Mazhor, I'm writing this for my friend Smajser Nikolay, he got banned as you already know, he wrote a complaint. You forgave him, you gave him a chance to make a new acc and play on it, if he proves to be good and as he promised he won't break any more rules, he will be able to get an unban on his main and twink. However, he created his new account, but he cannot play on it because it still tells him that he is banned even on that newly created account. It says that he has an acc limitation. He got a chance 2 months ago, and he still can't play. He tried to make everything new, and he can't play. I would like you to fix it, because we miss our friend. Thank you and best regards.
