I was banned from the server on the 26th of last month due to exceeding the 3 warnings into a 7 day ban punishment and when I came back on today to see if my ban was over I saw that I had been permanently blacklisted on both of my accounts for "trash talking". I don't remember trash talking anyone and is that even a permanent blacklist reason?? I'm very confused and would like someone to take a look into this for me because its completely unfair.

2. Complaints for curator of the project ONLY for management level complaints. You can't appeal your warning or 7 days ban. You can appeal only permanent or long-term bans.
