Player swerves into oncoming lane to hit people in the roadway. He did come back and apologize, however it very much seemed intentional as seen on bodycam. Exempted the pissing back and forth.

Do with it what you will he did apologize. Disregard comment about FIB I doubt he's FIB unsure why Jay said that.
