Rules he broke: Attempted RDM in a city & Combat log.
Backstory: Was towing vehicles as per usual, until this individual decided to ram me couple of times until he eventually decided to hop out of his vehicle and aim his weapon at me with no reason whatsoever. After I hopped out of my vehicle he started shooting without any altercations whatsoever, to which I returned the fire and the individual logged out of the game after getting gunned down.
