As you can see in POV . ID-96 Came out of the circle and killed my teammate as in his self-defense I killed him and I went into circle and you can see the boundaries and when I killed him he was not in circle at all . Whole fight was out of circle and ID-96 haven't been punished for Event rule 1.11.
