As it is known I seldom ever take matters to these Forums unless I believe that there no other way forward.
I have registered a Case File with Vincent Vega in the Department of Justice in order to try to continue the RP through the Courts as per instructions from Lebron and GOV Curator Pablo, however the Governor clearly does not respect the law, nor follow the law, nor is aware of the law. As per this POV, the Governor considers themselves to be above the law and resorts to OOC reason and arguments instead of handling matters IC through RP.
The Governor further outright refuses to follow the Labour Law or ANY Law for that matter simply because they are the Governor with a hand picked DOJ that will not deal with Cases properly for people (such as Mafia Paul).
Sadly the RP is lacking at times, none more so that when we have attempted to handle matters in the Courts. Hearings and Trials should be a part of this City and I have done more than anyone else in this City to try to make this happen through my main account Poppy Lasombra and my alt account Dante Lasombra.
Other than this, I do believe that the Rule for Leaders 1.7 is flawed as it allows Leaders to bypass RP and to involve Curators in a matter that should be RP. I was never given any opportunity to discuss matters or present evidence in my defence to either Curators or IC.
Finally, I have discussed this with the GOV Curator and he approved me putting this on the Forums but I do not know if this situation also includes Rules 6.10 for taking things OCC without RP by the Governor and 6.4 for Corruption in clearly intending to block any legal actions in Court.
