So here is the entire pov since you wanted to pretend like you were robbering an atm which you weren't and still decided to shoot at us without any reason or saying anything prior to doing so.

Your miranda rights were read, and your request for a lawyer was granted however you cant expect anyone to not be skeptical of you when you request a personal lawyer and then later claimed the lawyer didnt even have a license to be a lawyer just as you did at timestamp: 3:05.
"Does the person you're trying to call have a lawyers license"
You replied "uh no"

Lets not also forget about you metagaming me, telling me how much money I have and what my name was ICly even though I had never identified myself to you in the first place or told or shown you how much money I have, and gave you no reason to know who I am ICly especially since I was using makeup and you did this at timestamp: 3:43.

We attempted to get you a government lawyer however none were available as you can clearly see throughout the interaction from my pov. So when we granted you the opportunity to contact your own lawyer you used your family radio to contact the entire family at timestamp 8:55 and said "aye I need a lawyer and this little oink oink bitch" is literally you provoking. Not to mention you mixing several times during this interaction. You can ask anyone in any state org you are not allowed to use your org radio to contact a lawyer everyone knows that even the admin who showed up to the situation also confirmed this.

There is no General Rules 6.2 violation cause there is no corruption that I committed whatsoever had you used the proper method for contacting your lawyer there wouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided for these specific people​

• ID 54624 will receive punishment for Greenzone rule 1.3, Unrealistic Behavior, Mixing​
• ID 61466 will receive punishment for Car Ramming​
• ID 3177 will receive punishment for Meta-gaming & Power-Gaming.​

Descriptions;

• Greenzone rule 1.3: It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone/ Warn
• Unrealistic Behavior: Talking while dead
• Meta-Gaming(3177): Using PDA while it was still OOC.

Note;

• ID 3177 will not be punished for General Rule 6.4, because during the Miranda right they mention, "Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law". And when he asked if your lawyer has ID you said, "No" at 3:05 (vee pov). Therefore he had all the rights to decide to give you a government lawyer instead of personal lawyer.
• Under State Rule 1.5: If they find any illegal weapons or drugs they have the right to confiscate them. All of it should be recorded on the video.
