Hello every one ..
I had been in city from monthes and I know that if some one RDM you with no demand even if I'm in black market I have right to kill him direct
and he will get punished for RDM.. moving to the topic !

our member POV who got shotted first ..
we received a family warning for RDM and all members received warning .. but what happen is this
I will explain it in points to make it more clear (cause after asking some says you have right to kill some one if he RDM you and then you can report
and some says it is OOC rule you can't break it even what happen and it depend on place and situation)
so in points I will show the situation clearly (and decide if we deserve this fam warning)
1- first thing 2 of our family were going to raid a family which is (RP reason) to go there before we start raid ..
2- Some one shooting us with no demand ID 167185 with shotgun like he will kill one of our member with 2 shots
so according to logic and that we all know in this situation I will not watch him kill me ..
I am 100% don't know how many are there and who will shoot me and who will not they all same family..
also if there is solar panel fight running or not
I will fear to my life kill them
even if he killed our fam member the rest of our fam can kill him also ..
(how can I in this 2 seconds give him demand and for what .. we all know in this situation I can kill him back and he will punished)
we don't know if there is solar panel or something and they showed to us even if it is from 1 member that they are going to kill first 2 fam members
before we all be there ..
3- Third It is the most important to explain why we killed more than 1 not only who RDM ..
It is very simple If some one from family start shooting you and another family shoot him back we all know family is family it will be war probably
you don't know what is running there and you will not watch him killing you and then report (as I know)
so in this fast situation some one was shooting us (as a family they attack us) and the second one who reported us tried to use his shotgun 2 times as you can see in his POV (very important!!!)
starting from 0:13 some one RDM 2 of our family
on 0:22 focus he show his shotgun and hide it
then he show it again he were going to shoot ..
after that we left >>
he knew that he will 100% die so he tried to hide it .. in this case we killed those next to us and leave making sure we will not get killed
it is very simple and then we couldn't start raid cause of negative balance so we left so fast
4- To me family warning for RDM and all our members who got warning which is big punishment it is like when we go there start RDM them
we have our RP reason and our demad which is no need for it If some one shooting us from a family all of them wearing same t-shirt and some of them
start showing and hide there weapons we fear to our life killed who are threatens us and left..
even if this apeal aproved or rejected I want to explain to us and all members .. by logic what should we do we already going to start raid on them
and they attack us (and we all know 1 member mistake can lead to family warning)
All I need to know If some one RDM me with no demand can I kill him or not? and If I did I will be punished for RDM?
