I was chilling at my hq when I had the thought to go to fort zancudo to get a parachute. I get to the entrance road (waiting for pals to come) and I'm not past the point where it says "no trespassing beyond this point" and i get fried out of no where i move back to heal then I drive up to them to get their id for RDM charges.
