also to add to this the 3rd car gave up chase instantly which only leaves 3 people 2 cars. Also to add to this you need 2 gang cars to pull someone over not a rental and a purple personal car.

we weren't harrassing you we were attempting to pull your friend over because he was speeding, we then made the decision to not try arrest him for going 200 in a 120 in front of your whole family because we were heavily out numbered and wouldn't be smart for us to even try. Plus if show about 30 seconds earlier of footage you guys were all prepping on the grass area and then ran over to our car. You could have just kept going on with your prep on the grass there was no reason to come up and talk to us. We didn't know that there was an event happening there.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.​

• As discussed with SAHP curator no org punishment will be given and the offenders will be punished individually​
• ID 2387 will be punished for Green Zone Rules 1.3 (as he was the driver) and PG (cuffing some one with riffle out)​
• All other SAHP org members in the POV are given verbal warnings do not enter green zone when you are being chased. The 4 to 2 car rule dictates when you are compelled to pull over. In other circumstances of chases regardless of numbers you can not enter a green zone.​
• As for the arrest they are IC and valid.
