Non-rp driving (offoroad) multiple times, i would follow minimalistically to see the direction he is heading and get back on the road for the chase. Car ramming at the end, not sure if that's allowed, but the report is mainly because of 6.2

• ID 70397 will receive a punishment for VDM,, GR 6.2 and Non-RP driving​

6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. ​
