2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
"I want to be the leader of this organization as I have a lot of experience in the gang and LEO scene. I have
been in high command in every gang and LEO organization except NG and EMS. I have been a deputy in Ballas, Families and
Bloods hence why I think it is time for me to be the leader of bloods as I was once a deputy of it. Since I have a lot of experience in gangs and
LEO organizations I can use that knowledge to help those who are new to gangs and also use it to ensure Bloods
don't get a lot of warnings".
"I have been a leader before and I led Ballas but I made a mistake and my 25 oddish days of leading Ballas was over.
I can use my experience as a previous leader and implement everything I have learned from my ballas term and use it in
bloods while also not being "Carefree" and trying to avoid what ruined my ballas term"
"I have a lot of changes I want to make if I was to get Bloods leader, one of these is changing the names of a few ranks.
I also want to get an HC for all times in the city to ensure no one is doing anything they are not supposed to, I will have myself
and my deputies make sure no HC is abusing their powers and not being corrupt."
"Currently I am a 00 agent in FIB and I have heard and witnessed many people complaining about how gangs are not doing enough
stores/gun stores, I would like to prevent this by trying to do a gun store once a day even if we are not guaranteed to win. I would

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
"I would do challenges every week with money as prizes for instance "Most kills in total in all clands today wins $250,000" in order
to get players more involved with gang activity instead of having people who don't attend many events."
"I and my high command team will be carefully watching as many people as we can to see if they break any rules and if
they do, they will be punished accordingly and also told of the rule they broke and how they can not repeat it to avoid any
further punishments in the future"
I have some goals that I would like to achieve in my time as a leader and these include:
- Have the same rivalry as old blood and ballas used to have.
- Have the most gang activity in the ghetto than any other gang.
- I would like to have 50% turf.
- Try to be the most dominant in Battleship and Clandestine.
