1. Leader of Families.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?(List three reasons with explanation)
• Families Old, strongest , crazy gang and most famous in the city Everyone want to join gang but here while they are joining this gang they got family. So recently under Ace term of leadership i don't like his leading and all no bonus after promising of bonus and few people who hardly join events. So this kind of thing make Families weak and graffiti profit is 2k thats why no low levels player don't wanna join. Bad shooter , are there less attending events which make Families boring and If i say about Rob then there are no single people who want to go for rob , if they want they are most of new player in the city who don't know about rule and have the rank which make our Families gang disband.
• I'm gonna try my level best to attend every events in the city that means my gang have to attend every events that is Clandestine / Battleship's / Store Robbery / FZ's and most important event which gives lot of money so i can make our Families grow and stronger ever.
• I will make an more stricter Recruitment system that is, we have an strike system for those people who are not listening or attending events, misbehaving , disrespecting of other gang or own gang members , People who break rule have some new rule for them like if they break rule their is no strike or warnings for them direct blacklist and kick will be issued in order to save our gang from disband. There will be some more questions in joining interview which can make easy for me and HC's to understand is this people are really eligible or not , there will be 10 questions which means if u fail to answer 2 questions you are gonna rejected . Rank is the main power of Gang , I will make sure no one get unnecessary rank from HC's for Ranking up from 6 their will be few questions if your able to answer the questions then it's fine u will get rank up and yeah there is the rule people get rank up if they join event upto 5, i make this rule as people make most of the rule break while Robing which lead our gang disband. I don't want any type of break rule under my term of leadership as I experienced most worst leading under Ace term of leadership. I want everyone post bodycam of join event as proof if i notice a single people is sleeping, went out of City or in the city but not attending events only 2 strike then they will be kick from the gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.
• I will make low rank member follow and listen to our HC's in the gang , and if they are unable to listen the HC's has the authority/team which can give them strike / kick / Blacklist depending on the situation.
• I'm gonna try to make everyone enjoying while supporting the gang by letting suggest to HC's what they want to do and they can go for Rob , roaming in ghetto.with gang members time by time my maintaining every single rule.
• I will arrange an bonus system for everyone if they listen to HC' s and attentend event they got a huge bonus .
• Under my term of Leadership everyday we will gonna do situation which will help Legal organisation and my gang to get some more RP experience and make it for fun and Realistic , so we both would be on good terms.
